About the Role We are seeking an experienced Shutdown Scheduler to support a major shutdown program in a standalone scheduling capacity. This role is focused purely on shutdown scheduling, not maintenance planning.
Working FIFO from Perth on an 8/6 roster, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed shutdown GANTT schedules, integrating SAP data, and supporting shutdown execution through strong schedule control.
Prometheus scheduling experience is highly regarded, along with strong SAP capability and proven experience working as the dedicated scheduler on shutdown events.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed shutdown GANTT schedules
* Operate as a standalone shutdown scheduler, not a planner
* Integrate SAP work order data into shutdown schedules
* Maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and critical path
* Update schedules to reflect progress and execution changes
* Work closely with shutdown leadership and execution teams

About You
* Demonstrated experience as a standalone shutdown scheduler
* Strong capability producing complex shutdown GANTT schedules
* Prometheus scheduling experience highly regarded
* Strong SAP experience supporting shutdown scheduling
* Comfortable working in high pressure shutdown environments
* Must have the right to work in Australia
