Who You Are
As a Project Architect and Design Lead, you'll take charge of shaping projects from concept to completion. You'll:
* Strategise projects with a balance of creativity and technical excellence.
* Craft innovative spatial plans and floor layouts that are as functional as they are beautiful.
* Design interiors and exteriors that capture the essence of our client's vision while meeting all technical requirements.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Guide and mentor emerging designers and architects within the studio.
* Deliver Rothelowman's design vision through leadership, inspiring both the team and clients alike.
* 5–10 years of architectural experience with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design capabilities across diverse project types.
* Strong technical skills and a proven ability to develop and deliver detailed designs.
* A passion for spatial planning, with an eye for crafting floor plans that prioritise both form and function.
* Proficiency in industry-standard software (Revit, SketchUp and Enscape proficiency is essential).
* A knack for balancing creative ambition with client and project constraints.
* Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills to inspire teams and articulate ideas clearly.
* A genuine love for design, with the ability to bring bold ideas to life.
