With a strong pipeline of upcoming developments, we are seeking an experienced Development Manager to immediately join our team to take part in the upcoming delivery of the multi-staged master-planned East Village precinct. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a high-profile, innovative project that will shape the future of Brisbane.
The role of the Development Manager requires:
* A motivated individual with a strong work ethic, seeking to join a like-minded, high-performance team.
* Excels in dynamic, collaborative environments, with a proven ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
* Demonstrated experience as Development Manager, specifically high-density residential development.
* Minimum 2 years of Development Manager experience in high-density residential development is required.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to cultivate partnerships with stakeholders.
* Tertiary Qualifications in relevant fields including Finance, Architecture, Construction, Project management, Engineering, Land Economics, Law, or similar.
* Strong budget management and financial analysis proficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the activities of marketing, sales, leasing, construction and financing aspects of property development projects.
* Closely review and monitor all legal, contractual, and financial aspects of development projects during the startup process and throughout the life of the project.
* Provide guidance and direction to, and consult with key project staff, throughout the development project to ensure delivery within time, cost, quality, and contractual requirements.
* Participate in ongoing liaison, communications, and negotiations with external project stakeholders including real estate agents, government authorities, builders and joint venture partners, to ensure successful delivery of development projects.
* Monitor project risks, develop and implement actions to mitigate risks and manage issues.
* Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents only.
