About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to lead our visual identity across various touchpoints. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging designs that meet our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Design: Develop compelling visual elements for campaigns, product stories, and seasonal creative initiatives.
* Packaging Design: Own the design process from concept to print-ready files, ensuring seamless coordination with suppliers.
* Asset Creation: Produce high-quality assets for digital platforms, including Meta & Google ads, emails, website content, and landing pages.
* Brand Consistency: Maintain our brand's visual identity across all channels, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior role.
* Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, campaign design, and packaging.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Familiarity with meta tags, SEO principles, and email marketing best practices.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
