Your Role
The Salon and Beauty Manager is both fiscally and operationally responsible for the Island Hair and Beauty business. You will supervise, assist, mentor and train a team of Hairdresser / Stylist / Beauty Therapists, as well as organise bookings for bridal parties and liaise with other departments to coordinate schedules. You will provide all hair services with a high standard of excellence and attention to guest satisfaction.

To be successful, you will need
* Certificate III, IV or Diploma of Hairdressing (Essential)
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification (Desired)
* Minimum 2 years practical experience as a Salon / Beauty Manager (Essential)
* Resort / hospitality experience (Desired)Thorough industry knowledge and experience of quality salon operations (Essential)
* Certificate in make‐up artistry (Desired)
