Founding General Manager – Emergency & Specialist Veterinary Hospital

The opportunity
We're building an independent emergency and specialist veterinary hospital — led by clinicians, grounded in evidence-based medicine, and designed to support a better journey for patients, families and teams.
This is a true founding leadership role, taking a hospital from concept to reality. You'll work closely with an engaged Executive Board and specialist clinicians to shape the hospital's systems, culture, and long-term direction, establishing a high-performing multidisciplinary team delivering specialist services across emergency and critical care, surgery, internal medicine, oncology, cardiology, diagnostic imaging and anaesthesia.

What you'll bring
This role will suit a senior operational leader who:
· Has built or scaled complex healthcare or service-based organisations

A clinical background is not required, but experience in healthcare or veterinary environments is advantageous.
