About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Drafter who shares our commitment to innovation and sustainable design. This is a permanent, full‑time opportunity based at our Adelaide Head Office, offering the chance to work on varied and technically engaging projects within a collaborative and professional environment.
The successful candidate will have completed, or be currently undertaking, an Associate Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering (Design Drafting) or an equivalent Advanced Diploma (TAFE), and will bring strong technical drafting capability and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing, reviewing, and revising civil and structural design drawings using a range of CAD software platforms
* Interpreting and applying relevant Australian Standards, project requirements, and client specifications
* Managing your workload independently while meeting project deadlines
* Ensuring all work complies with internal quality assurance (QA) procedures and documentation standards
* Collaborating effectively with engineers, designers, and broader project stakeholders
Desired Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
* 3 to 10 years of relevant industry or trade experience
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
* Demonstrated experience producing 2D deliverables (plans, elevations, sections, and details)
* Experience with 3D modelling, contributing to coordinated project outcomes
* Exposure to additional software such as Civil 3D, Advance Steel, and Revit (highly regarded)
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
A requirement for this role is to complete a satisfactory pre-employment medical check and Australian police clearance.
