Business Role

The Business Manager plays a crucial part in project delivery, productivity, profitability, risk management and discipline to achieve allocated goals.
\
This role is integral to servicing, developing and growing accounts while building strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
\
Key Responsibilities
\
\
1. Establish and maintain trusting relationships with new and existing clients.
\
2. Manage major accounts including client relationship development, creative strategy, production management, financial planning, forecasting, quoting, approvals and budget control.
\
3. Develop project plans, scope and schedules.
\
4. Define project budgets, risks and deliverables.
\
5. Collaborate with the Design team to define design strategies and concept designs and specifications.
\
6. Manage variations to project deliverables.
\
7. Drive project execution internally with all key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
\
8. Prepare and present project reports (budgets, schedule, risks, issues, briefing papers etc.).
\
9. Negotiate best practice margin outcomes to support additional profitability with existing client contracts/services agreements.
\
10. Establish realistic cost estimates with commercial approval.
\
11. Negotiate terms and conditions and investment with clients.
\
12. Prepare ready to invoice reports.
\
13. Update forecasts and sales reports.
\
14. Lead and live the company's values and behaviors.
\
15. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
