About the Role:

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for empowering and motivating customers to achieve their employment goals and successfully transition into meaningful and sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with the basics that benefit them for successful engagement with potential employers
* Understand customers' goals and connect them with activities to enhance their skillset if needed
* Use influencing skills to connect customers with employers and build employer relationships to secure employment

Requirements:

* Solutions-focused with a positive mindset
* Self-confident and motivated
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Resilient, empathetic, and a team player
* Current driver's license
* Ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card and Police Clearance
* Ability to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to employment
