Our client is a global market leader in the field of Portable Measuring Instrumentation and automated Solution Systems, and are now seeking an Internal Sales / Customer Service peson.
**You will need to display**:
- Good computer knowledge - ability to use SAP/Office 365 an advantage.

**Responsibilites will include;**
- Support service department by managing the service and calibration jobs received
- Managing the turnaround times for service
- Follow up service/calibration quotes in a timely manner
- Generate calibration certificates on completion of calibration
- Meet customer deadlines for the return of instruments
- Asist in achieving service targets.
- Allocate jobs to technicians and manage deadlines
