Job Title:
SAP FICO Consultant
Responsibilities
* Offer expert support, enhance and optimize the SAP Financial Consolidation module on a daily basis.
* Perform hands-on configuration across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Bank setups, Payment Media, Interfaces and Cost Centre Accounting and Profit Centre Accounting.
* Analyze and resolve root causes for finance processes.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear financial solutions and provide regular support.
* Prepare detailed functional specs, test cases, and UAT support.
* Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
* 3-5 years of solid SAP FICO experience (consulting or in-house), strong functional knowledge across GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Centre Accounting and Profit Centre Accounting, Banking & Payments, Tax, Reconciliations, Period-End, confident with integration points – Banking Interfaces and other interfaces, effective communicator who can work with business and technical teams, exposure to S/4HANA Public Cloud/Private Cloud.
* Australian industry experience (Finance, Retail, Automotive).
