Our client is a highly acclaimed immigration firm with Australian and international operations and a quality client base.
In this key pivotal role, reporting to an industry-leading CEO/Principal RMA, you will enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of:
* Independently managing your own visa cases/clients (80-90% employer sponsored, 10-20% partner visas), including drafting submissions, labour agreements and letters of advice, preparing and lodging visa applications, and liaising with the Department of Home Affairs and other government bodies.
* Liaising with clients, providing technical advice on visa options and eligibility, and responding to refusals.
* Mentoring/leading 4 migration assistants (located overseas).

WHO YOU ARE
* Qualified RMA with minimum 3 years (or more) in a similar role, including employer-sponsored visas (407/482/186) and partner visas; DAMAs (preferable).
* Solid technical knowledge of current Australian migration laws/policies and best practices for employer-sponsored and partner visas.
* Proven ability to manage own visa cases in a busy, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and lodging minimum 20-30 visa applications per month.
* High accuracy and attention to detail, proactive, results- and deadline-driven, and passionate about making a positive impact on clients' lives.
* Excellent communication and client-service skills; IT/tech savvy.
