Product Marketing Manager

Join the Hexagon Mining team as a Product Marketing Manager to drive the global portfolio of Resource Optimisation and Safety solutions for mining operational technology. This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing in APAC and works closely with Global Marketing Communications and Regional Marketing Managers to translate global go‑to‑market strategies into localised collateral that supports sales and customer engagement worldwide.
Responsibilities
• Own and manage a global product portfolio within the mining operational technology market.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and initiatives for Resource Optimisation or Safety product lines.
• Produce product marketing collateral, sales enablement assets, and regional content, ensuring they meet local market needs and align with Hexagon's brand standards.
• Partner with product, sales, and regional teams to provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and positioning guidance.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, maintaining autonomy while collaborating across time zones and cultures.
• Represent Hexagon at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in the mining, METS, or safety system technology domain is highly desirable.
* Sales & Marketing Expertise: Mid‑ to senior‑level experience with a comprehensive understanding of the full sales lifecycle in B2B markets.
* Content Creation: Proven ability to develop impactful sales enablement materials across multiple formats and audiences.
* B2B Product Management: Strong grasp of product lifecycle, go‑to‑market strategies, and sales channel needs.
* Agility: Comfortable adapting to evolving business or customer requirements, with a proactive approach to pivoting strategies when needed.
* Self‑Leadership: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
* Customer‑Centric & Solution‑Focused: Commitment to delivering a seamless customer service lifecycle through partnership and continuous improvement.
* Communication & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and functions.
* Working Rights: Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.
Location & Travel
Open to roles in Perth, Brisbane (APAC), or Tucson, Arizona, USA. International travel and collaboration across time zones is expected.
