Bunzl Australasia Limited is seeking a highly skilled Branch Supervisor to join their team in the role of supporting the Branch Manager and ensuring the branch operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Management: Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
* Inventory Management: Manage inventory and resources to meet customer demands and maintain optimal stock levels.
* Staff Development: Support and develop staff, providing training and conducting performance reviews.
* Leadership: Act as the Branch Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of leadership.
* Customer Service: Foster customer service excellence, managing key accounts, and resolving issues swiftly.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated leadership skills, deep knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations, experience in sales and customer relationship management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and safety in the workplace.
