About The Role
We are seeking a Client Liaison to join our Client Success team on a parental leave contract, supporting the delivery of a high quality client experience across our residential developments. This role plays a key part in guiding buyers through their purchase journey, from contract through to settlement and handover. You will manage buyer communication, coordinate key milestones and ensure a consistent and professional experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of buyers
* Provide timely and transparent updates regarding construction progress and settlement milestones
* Coordinate valuation access, pre-settlement inspections, settlement readiness and handovers
* Monitor progress of key milestones and proactively identify risks
* Support delivery of client events and engagement initiatives
* Maintain accurate records across CRM systems
* Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Construction and Post-Settlement teams
About You
* Demonstrated experience in property, development, or a customer‐facing role with a focus on client journey management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive client conversations
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident managing expectations and handling challenging conversations
* Detail oriented with a structured approach to processes and systems
* Proficiency with CRM systems for record management and client tracking
* Understanding of the property settlement process and associated documentation
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders

Additional Information
* This is a parental leave contract role, anticipated to be 6 to 12 months in duration
* There may be an opportunity for extension or transition into a permanent position, supported by a strong project pipeline and expanding resourcing needs across the Client Success function
* A current White Card is preferred, or willingness to obtain one prior to attending site (GVG will support this process)
