What You'll Be Doing:
Driving parts sales growth through smart strategy and resource management.
Leading daily operations with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
Championing continuous improvement and long‑term profitability.
Mentoring and developing a high‑performing parts and warehouse team.
Spearheading new business development and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities across TRP, Kenworth, DAF, Cummins, and trailer parts.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive engagement.
Ensure compliance and training standards are met across the team.
Oversee inventory control, showroom merchandising, and warehouse accuracy.
Collaborate with other CJD branches across WA to strengthen our network.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years in a parts management role within the truck or transport industry.
Proven success in sales growth and operational leadership.
A natural ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
A keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
A current driver's licence and the physical capability to meet role demands.
