This is your chance to take ownership of procurement, inventory, and supplier management in a fast-paced, high-tech environment What You’ll Be Doing: Accounts & Finance Support – Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations in SAP/ERP. Inventory & Logistics – Maintain accurate BOMs, oversee shipping, and track stock across multiple orders. Returns & Warranty (RMA) Management – Handle replacements and claims efficiently. Multi-Company Purchase Order Processing – Ensure accuracy in POs with different tax codes across multiple businesses. 3PL & Order Fulfillment – Liaise with warehouses and shipping partners to ensure smooth deliveries. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Experience in facilitating purchase orders, or supply chain (electronics manufacturing preferred). ✅ SAP or ERP expertise (handling POs, invoices, and inventory). ✅ Strong attention to detail (multi-company POs and tax codes). ✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ✅ Excel & accounting software skills (MYOB, Xero a bonus).
