* Key Responsibilities:
* Serve customers on the counter, answer phones and email enquiries
* Prepare timely quotes for customers
* Develop relationships with customers & suppliers
* Be a product knowledge expert to help customers find products they need – we'll train you on products
* Collaborate as a member of the team to ensure our branch is presented in the best way
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Customer and sales focused experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent problem-solving skills to support our customers to find what they need
* Proficiency with computer technology and systems including the Microsoft Suite – we'll train you on our systems
* A positive and optimistic attitude
* A high level of initiative to support your team members and customers
* A strong sense of urgency to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
