We are seeking an Interior Designer to lead the interior design delivery of our high-end residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
* Manage multiple residential interior projects from concept through to construction
* Develop spatial planning, interior layouts and refined material palettes
* Ensure design intent is maintained throughout documentation and construction
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, joiners and contractors
Client Leadership
* Lead client meetings, presentations and design reviews
* Present materials, finishes and interior concepts clearly and confidently
* Guide clients through the design process from concept to completion
Documentation
* Prepare and review Revit documentation packages
* Produce joinery drawings, schedules and interior detailing
* Coordinate FF&E selections and specifications
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years experience in residential interior design
* Strong knowledge of materials, finishes and joinery detailing
* Experience managing projects from concept to completion
* Revit proficiency essential
* Strong client presentation and communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
