As a Project Coordinator in our Customer Engineering Services (CES) team, you will use your customer-centric approach and communication skills to manage the installation of various systems across different locations and sectors. Based in Wetherill Park, NSW and reporting to the Business Manager CES NSW, this role is ideal for a team player who demonstrates a positive approach and a willingness to embrace new ideas and challenges. You will work with diverse customers, managing expectations and communicating effectively to achieve successful outcomes.
What you will enjoy doing
* You will deliver customer projects on time, to budget and to BOC/regulatory standards
* Your responsibility includes achieving projects targets for revenue and profit, compiling cost estimates for projects
* Coordinating labour for projects that provides most appropriate competencies and price for construction
* Sourcing materials for projects from approved suppliers. Sourcing BOC equipment for projects and ensure movements of all assets are tracked
* Ensuring Installers are tested and commissioned to relevant standards have appropriate knowledge, equipment, training and licenses to carry out work safely
* Providing leadership to solve customer issues, upsell and achieve service excellence
What makes you great
* You have two (2) or more years' experience with demonstrable exposure to process plant operations and site-based activity or equivalent
* Trade or tertiary qualification desirable in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation or Supply Chain and Logistics
* Plumber with experience in gas related or construction industry environment (preferrable)
* You possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to coordinate multiple small projects with both customers and installers in various locations and market sectors simultaneously
* A continuous improvement focus and a willingness to learn. We support professional development and growth. Capability to acquire new skills and effectively implement them in practical situations
* Ability to manage time effectively, organize and prioritize tasks, and keep track of project progress and resources
* Hold a clean driver license
