At St Clare's OSHC, we provide a safe, vibrant, and nurturing environment for up to 114children before school, after school, and during school holidays. Our programs are play-based, child-led, and designed to inspire creativity, confidence, and lifelong learning.

Your Role As Assistant Coordinator, you'll work alongside our Service leader to deliver high-quality programs and support our team, including :
* Assisting with program planning, delivery, and documentation
* Supervising and mentoring staff
* Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all children
* Being the Responsible Person on-site when the Coordinator is away
* Promoting our service and community values
What We're Looking For
* Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)
* Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
* Knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place
* Experience in child education and care
* Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
* Confidence using childcare software (Xplor preferred)
* Willingness to take Child Protection Training as required
