About the Role
The role involves maintaining product quality, food safety and hygiene standards across the facility.
Key responsibilities include carrying out meat hygiene assessments, completing quality checks, and supporting supervisors in addressing any non-conformances.
This is a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced processing environment. Tasks may be repetitive, physically demanding and involve exposure to a range of temperatures, cleaning chemicals and manual handling duties.
* Working in areas such as the kill floor, offal rooms and cutting rooms.
* Carrying out inspections to ensure adherence to set standards.
* Identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the norm.
This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
A high level of physical fitness is also required due to the demands of the role.
