Key responsibilities
Be confident using an iPad for email (open, reply and manage emails) and accessing site plans & Baams drawings
Understand and write up a Scope of Works and manage Scope of Works alterations
Complete Site Inspections and upload before, during and after photos via links and QR codes
Sign off documents (getting signatures from required personnel) and email/generate weekly reports
Determine materials and possible quantities needed for job completion (write up a material list)
Budget and estimate work tasks; estimate labour hours required
Complete SWMS, CO C, Insurance and Safety documentation and Compliance Checklists
Maintain client relationships and be a skilled symbol of QCM's culture in remote communities
Deal with different personalities of contractors, clients and local community personnel
