The Role:
- Interviewing, shortlisting and building long-term relationships with Gough clients and candidates
- Taking job briefs and negotiating fees with clients
- Having hard conversations, influencing and helping clients and candidates discover what they want and making the match
- Business development to win new accounts & client meetings
- Working collaboratively with a goal-orientated team towards a team goal
- Preparing advertising and marketing campaigns via social media and Gough's extensive database
Who are we looking for?
- Experience within Recruitment and successful biller, preferably within the Property or related industry
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent admin skills
- Articulate communication and ability to build key relationships
- A fire in the belly to be the best without losing sight of teamwork and collaboration
- Quick thinking, solutions focused and high-level customer service
