Rydges South Bank is a highly-regarded 4.5 star, award-winning hotel boasting 304 rooms and suites, multiple food and beverage outlets, and conferencing facilities. The hotel is located on Grey Street in South Bank neighbouring the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our Night team in supporting the overall Front Office with the overnight shifts between 11pm to 7am. If you are an ambitious hospitality professional with some night owl tendencies, then this is the role for you
The Night Auditor role is vital to the smooth operation of overnight services, with responsibilities including auditing and reconciling daily financial transactions to ensure all accounts are balanced and align with established policies and procedures. In addition, the role involves assisting with room service orders and deliveries, supporting Concierge services, and providing exceptional guest services to enhance front desk operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Night Manager, assisting with various overnight duties as required, ensuring seamless operations and an outstanding guest experience. Part time and casual positions available.
Skills & Experience
* Proficiency with OPERA Cloud or similar hotel systems
* Strong attention to detail
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities
* Professional demeanour and presentation
* Effective time management
* Collaborative and team-oriented work ethic
* Open Class C Drivers Licence
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
