* Guaranteed fixed earnings up to $90k (OTE: $200K Y1, $500K Y3)
* Top sales managers (5+ years): $1.1M OTE

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING...
You'll lead online consultations with current clients, turning individual goals into clear, long-term investment plans through proven internal processes. Acting as the central guide throughout the decision journey, you'll remove friction, keep momentum through disciplined follow-ups, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure everything stays aligned. Flexibility is key - engaging outside standard hours is necessary - all while delivering a high-quality experience that drives commitment, repeat engagement, and referrals. This is all about closing investors who already have major interest within the market.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
* Experience in consultation based sales is essential, however industry doesn't matter!
* A track record of high achievement
* Hunger, drive, determination, and the attitude to get it done!
* A coachable attitude and a very strong work ethic
* Ability to work evenings and weekends where needed
* An understanding of financial and investing principles
