Enterprise Application Strategist Lead
We are seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking leader to drive strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our enterprise application landscape – primarily focused on SAP systems.
* The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of strategic plans and roadmaps that align technology with business priorities.
* They will oversee program/project deliveries, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality results.
* Collaboration with business units is essential in delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business outcomes.
* The Enterprise Systems domain champion will foster a culture of knowledge sharing and user experience.
* Continuously improving platforms through innovation and strategic planning is key to success.
* Ensuring compliance with policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements is vital.
* Vendor and partner engagements will be overseen and coordinated to ensure service levels, support activities, and enhancement work align with business priorities and architectural guidelines.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in IT or business information systems.
* Experience leading enterprise applications in complex organisations, including SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
* A proven track record in strategic planning, roadmap development, and continuous improvement.
* Experience managing teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
* SAP certifications are a plus but not essential.
