KBR seeks a Supply Chain Logistics Officer to manage the distribution, cataloguing, and maintenance of Defence assets. The successful candidate will utilize tools like MILIS and TAMIT to drive supply chain management across various phases. Key responsibilities include providing training on SCM tools, ensuring items meet safety and regulation standards, coordinating warehousing and transportation, and managing packaging and asset information. The ideal candidate will have experience in SCM, preferably with Defence-recognized qualifications, and proficiency in inventory/planning software.

**Key Responsibilities:

">
1. Provide SCM training and support to ensure the availability of necessary equipment and supplies.
2. Evaluate items for suitability, adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
3. Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
4. Maintain accurate records of Defence assets within TAMIT and/or MILIS.
5. Assist with six-monthly reconciliations within the Configuration Management Database.
6. Develop and maintain an asset inventory, ensuring record accuracy.
7. Approve asset transfer or procurement requests.
8. Conduct surface maintenance tasks.
9. Manage Scheduled Electrical Integrity Testing (EIT) and tagging of assets.
10. Ensure proper sanitization of assets before reuse or disposal.
11. Oversee disposal process and approve asset disposal.

**Requirements:

">
* Experience in SCM, preferably with Defence-recognized qualifications.
* Proficiency in inventory/planning software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills, especially under pressure.
* Customer focus and responsiveness to partner needs.
