Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join the growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to contribute to the creation of innovative, inspiring designs.
An Interior Designer will be an all-rounder, collaborating with the team to bring design vision to life and ensuring a seamless, exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Work alongside the design team to create design concepts and presentations that meet client requirements.
Develop floor plans, mood boards, 3D renderings, and visual presentations.
Source materials, finishes, furniture, and other design elements that align with the project's vision and budget.
Collaborate with contractors, builders, and other professionals to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Participate in site visits and meetings with clients to ensure the design vision is executed effectively.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, budgets, and schedules.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications
A degree or qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
5+ years' proven experience as an Interior Designer.
Strong proficiency in design software such as ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and/or similar programs.
Excellent creative, conceptual, and visualization skills.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
