About You
* Has previous recruitment, talent acquisition or HR experience
* Communicates confidently and professionally at all levels

* Experience within healthcare or aged care is highly regarded, but not essential.
About the Role

This role is all about coordination, organisation and support.

You'll work closely with the Recruitment Specialists and hiring managers to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly from job approval through to onboarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Provide administrative support across the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting advertisements, scheduling interviews and preparing offer documentation.
* Coordinate candidate communications, ensuring timely responses, interview confirmations and onboarding updates.
* Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all recruitment documentation is compliant and up to date.
* Prepare employment contracts, reference check documentation and onboarding paperwork in line with organisational requirements.
* Support recruitment campaigns and assessment centres through event coordination, reporting and general administrative assistance.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being the engine room of a team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
