What We're Looking For
Hello Clever is on a mission to redefine how businesses and consumers interact through smarter financial technology. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own our B2B lead pipeline and turn our growth strategy into a predictable revenue machine.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, reporting directly to our Head of Marketing. You will have the autonomy to experiment, the budget to scale, and a cross-functional team of engineers and designers ready to help you build a world-class growth flywheel.
Responsibilities
* Strategy & Execution: Set the roadmap for our growth engine, identifying and scaling the channels that drive genuine business value.
* B2B & ABM Leadership: Design and execute sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and event-led growth initiatives to secure high-value partnerships.
* Funnel Optimisation: Take full ownership of our growth funnel, identifying friction points and running experiments to improve conversion from signup to adoption.
* Lifecycle & Nurture: Build and refine automated email flows and lifecycle strategies that move prospects through the funnel with precision.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Use your strong analytical instincts to track performance economics, making clear investment calls based on CAC, LTV, and pipeline velocity.
What You'll Bring
* Experience: 5+ years in growth marketing, ideally within a fast-paced B2B or SaaS environment.
* B2B Edge: You understand the nuances of the B2B buyer journey and have a proven track record of driving revenue, not just leads.
* Technical Literacy: You are comfortable working with technical products and can translate complex features into compelling, benefit-driven growth experiments.
* Analytical Rigour: You live in the data. You know how to pull insights from a spreadsheet and turn them into actionable marketing tactics.
* High Agency: You are a self-starter with the ability to manage complexity, ask sharp questions, and drive outcomes even with limited resources.
* Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills with experience working on cross-team projects and integrated campaigns
* Real Ownership: You'll have the autonomy to make significant investment calls and see the direct impact of your work.
