We are seeking a skilled and friendly customer service representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cash Handling: Effectively manage cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure financial integrity.
* Store Operations: Deliver store administration tasks in line with standard procedures, including multi-channel fulfillment and inventory management.
* Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints and queries, and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive store experience.
* Sales Channel Fulfillment: Manage all sales channel fulfillment in line with procedures.
