About the role
The Paediatric Allied Health Team is an integrated, multi-disciplinary team that consists of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Paediatric Keyworker and Allied Health Assistants. The team supports children and families and delivers evidenced based, goal directed allied health therapies to children under 18 years of age.
- This position requires you to effectively manage the daily operations of the Paediatric Allied Health service in collaboration with the Paediatric Allied Health Team Leader. You will be responsible for the line management and co-ordination of the Allied Health Assistants and the co-ordination of the Allied Health Professional programs and service delivery. The Paediatric Coordinator works in cohesion with the allied health administration team to oversee diary management, reporting, and updating team processes policies and procedures. You will work collaboratively with the Paediatric Allied Health Team Leader to manage budgeting, KPI's and overall team performance.
Qualifications & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in business or relevant discipline or relevant experience in coordinating a team or program in the health sector.
