Main Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality administrative services, including clerical and patient-related tasks.
* Manage inbound and outbound patient calls, responding promptly and professionally.
* Work closely with the clinical team to provide essential support, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care.
Requirements:
* Experience in clerical and administrative work, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
* Able to work autonomously, with a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy, and tact.
