The **Videographer + Social Media Content Creator** will create original and engaging content for our social media accounts across 4 different clinics across Perth. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions. You will also create and execute a content calendar. A deep interest in current social media trends is required to be successful in this role.
**A Day In The Life Of This Social Media Content Creator**:
- Create various forms of social media content— videos, reels, images,—suitable for the various social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales
- Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice
- Design and deliver best practice social and digital media content and implementation plans.
- Generate creative/innovative video content.
- Producing high-quality corporate videos.
- Editing video recordings.
- Follow and keep up with trends, social and digital media best practises and technologies.
- Liaise closely and build positive relationships with staff at various levels to facilitate the efficient production of communications content, delivering high levels of client service.
- Develop new content and ensure content is contemporary, appropriate for the platform, meets accessibility requirements and is user-focused.
- Review, edit and approve all content before it is published.
- Assist with implementation of broad strategic and operational communications and work with the team to ensure an integrated communications and marketing approach.
- Drive around to our 4 clinics across Perth in order to capture the raw content.
**What You'll Need To Succeed**:
- Proven experience in creating engaging professional video content
- Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
- Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe
- Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
- Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content
- Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms
- Demonstrated ability with photography and multimedia capture and production for the web, including photos, graphic design, video, animation and audio.
- Capability and confidence in following design briefs.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
- A demonstrated ability to understand and support strategic organisational goals and exercise initiative, judgement and creativity in the execution of tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated organisation and project management skills with the ability to produce high quality work within tight timeframes.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and with contractors and external stakeholders.
This is a full-time position. However, we're open to making this, for the right applicants, the potential for flexible hours too.
This role requires regular travel to and from our 4 clinics across Perth in order to capture raw content.
