Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Sous Chef, your day-to-day duties include assisting the Head Chef in maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen operation, ensuring that meals are of high quality and prepared professionally along with monitoring younger kitchen staff.
* Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
* Develop innovative menus and ensure culinary excellence.
* Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and cost control.
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role.
* Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious food.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.
