Role OverviewYou will play a key role in providing technical support and development services for critical operational systems.
This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to deliver permanent fixes and enhancements, and ensuring high system reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for key operational applications to ensure minimal downtime.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues across UI, backend, and database layers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and deployments.Monitor system performance, apply patches, and manage upgrades as required.Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure service excellence.Document technical procedures, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.Skills & Experience RequiredStrong experience in Angular and TypeScript for UI development and support.Proficiency in C# for backend services and system integrations.Hands-on experience with SQL Server for queries, optimisation, and database management.Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for deployment and container orchestration.Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure operational environments.If you match the selection criteria and are interested in finding out more about the position, please forward your updated CV to Alice Tan by clicking the "APPLY NOW" button.
