Day shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
Payrate: $33.96ph + super
Job Description:
- You will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, customer, and order records.
- Accurately input product and customer data into internal systems
- Maintain and update inventory and pricing information
- Process purchase and sales orders
- Verify data and correct any discrepancies
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as required
- Communicate with warehouse and sales staff to ensure data consistency
About You:
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good computer skills - MS Excel and data systems experience a plus
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
