We are seeking a highly motivated Scheduler/Rostering Officer to take on an office-based scheduling role. As a Scheduling Officer in our aged and disability care team, you'll play a key role in ensuring clients receive timely, compassionate, and personalised care.
About the Role
* Utilising our internal customer management software to create and roster shifts for clients and care workers.
* Frequently liaising with the clinical team, care staff, and clients regarding rostered work.
* Maintaining care worker availability and keeping up-to-date records.
* A high degree of customer service and critical thinking tasks involved.
* Rotating on-call roster for after-hours phone calls.
In this role, you will work closely with the care management team to support high-quality service delivery, ensuring clients receive the support they need to live safely and comfortably at home.
Job Requirements
* High level of computer literacy and understanding of technology.
* Criminal History Check certificate.
* Possess a 'can-do' positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
* Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to problem solve and think quickly under pressure.
* An outgoing personality with high energy levels, good communication skills, and a personable telephone manner.
* Excellent customer service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
