Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates for electrical construction projects based on plans, specifications, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate estimates for electrical construction projects.
* Analyse project requirements and scope to identify materials, labour, and equipment needed.
* Research industry pricing, labour rates, and supplier costs.
* Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing information.
* Provide support and advice during the tender and bidding process.
* Monitor project costs and identify potential savings opportunities.
Requirements:
* 5 years experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation processes.
* Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
* Familiarity with construction estimating software.
