Key Responsibilities
Lead curriculum development in line with school initiatives.

Promote socially just practices and nurture positive relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders.
Set high standards for student and staff performance while supporting skilled growth.
Manage resources effectively to achieve departmental and school goals.
Build partnerships with parents, community groups, and government agencies.
Stay informed on legislation and policies impacting students and staff.
Requirements
A strong understanding of Humanities education and the ability to lead a team to deliver quality learning outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders.
A commitment to promoting socially just practices and driving innovation in teaching and learning.
