The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate Contracts Administrator to start their career in the construction industry.
2 x positions available
* 1 x position - Working on sites in the Post Completion Team and under the mentorship of our Post Completion Manager - North Sydney
* 1 x position - Aged Care project - Greenwich
you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the project team in the management of both Head & Subcontract variation
* Management of subcontractor/Supplier claims process in accordance with the subcontract & HCA Systems
* Assist with the compilation of monthly reports
You will be provided with internal and external training opportunities to support and develop your career path at Hindmarsh.
About you
You will be a good fit for this role if you have recently completed a degree in Construction Management/Building or another related degree.
We are looking for a person who is motivated, detail-oriented, and who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. You must have excellent communication skills, be a confident user of Microsoft office, and willing to learn new skills on the job.
