About Us
We are a vertically integrated, family-owned halal butcher business with three retail stores, our own farm, and a factory that supplies wholesale, retail, and export markets. We take pride in delivering premium, ethically sourced halal meats while maintaining strong ties to our community. As we expand, we're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us grow our wholesale and retail presence.
The Role
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, and food businesses across Queensland. You'll be the face of our wholesale division, showcasing our range of halal products, developing partnerships, and supporting the growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach new wholesale customers, including restaurants, grocery stores, and food distributors.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
* Present and promote our halal meat products with confidence and professionalism.
* Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
* Attend industry events or community functions to represent the brand (occasionally).
* Report sales activity and market feedback to management.
About You
* Previous sales or account management experience (food, FMCG, or wholesale industry preferred).
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self‐motivated, proactive, and goal‐driven.
* Solid understanding of customer service and client needs.
* Respectful and understanding of halal requirements (training provided).
* Current driver's licence and ability to travel to client sites.
