About the role
You will assist with routine laboratory tasks and support scientists and technicians performing serological assays used in veterinary diagnostics and research.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
* Prepare reagents and media
* Handle samples (including receipt and preparation for testing)
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
* Perform basic equipment maintenance
* Data entry
* Monitor stock levels of reagents and consumables
* Assist with quality control and equipment checks
* Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
About you
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Genuine interest in veterinary diagnostics and laboratory science
* Previous laboratory experience is an advantage—but full training will be provided
