Are you up for this?
* Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations.
* Showcase your passion to our experienced travellers throughout the complete food and beverage experience.
* Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily.
* Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with every customer experience.
* Support your passionate Food & Beverage team with general operational tasks.
* Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
* Gain exposure in all aspects of Food & Beverage, including Restaurant, Bar, Banquets and more
Banquets & Event Operations
Banquet staff play a key role in creating smooth and seamless event experiences. This involves setting up, maintaining, and breaking down event spaces according to client needs, while ensuring service is delivered with energy and attention to detail.
Event Setup & Tear Down
* Move and arrange furniture such as tables, chairs, staging and dance floors.
* Set up linens, tableware and décor as per event requirements.
* Ensure all equipment is clean, presentable and in good working condition.
Physical Duties
* Safely lift and carry heavy items as part of event preparation.
* Maintain proper posture and use correct lifting techniques at all times.
Time Management
* Flexibility to work long hours, including late nights and early mornings depending on event schedules.
* Work efficiently within strict timelines for event setup and pack-down.
Customer Service
* Assist guests courteously during events and respond promptly to requests.
* Work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless event delivery.
