Assistant Store Manager Position

* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting brand loyalty and leading a diverse team in a luxury retail environment.
* A strong background in retail sales with experience working in high-end settings is essential, along with leadership skills to drive business success and employee engagement.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution preferably related to the field of Business Management/Hospitality/Retail;
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Assistant Manager/Team Leader/Sales Team Member preferably within Luxury Retail industry;
(Retail setting ideal – Sales/Buying)The role involves 'taking ownership' by fostering excellent store conditions through proactive merchandising strategies thus creating magical shopping experiences. A culture first leader who has sound knowledge on digital marketing principles (desirable), is driven and adaptable can thrive well in this role.
