**The Role**
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Problem solve and diffuse any customer queries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Leading and motivating cashier team within the store in accordance with the company's standards and guidelines
- Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions including awareness of new arrivals, best sellers and offering alternatives
- Taking primary responsibility for till operations and security within the store and driving excellent customer service at the cash desk
- Investigating, reporting and resolving discrepancies
- Planning and managing the rosters for the cashier team
- Engaging with relevant training and development of the team (as directed by management)
**About You**
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Confident and clear communication skills and ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
- Passionate about leading your team to success
- Experience with supervising a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
- Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
