Discover EcoStruxure Automation Expert Your Impact As a Technical Trainer, you’ll be the face of EcoStruxure Automation Expert—delivering hands-on training, driving technical enablement, and shaping the future of industrial automation education across the Pacific Zone. You’ll be responsible for: - Training delivery – leading in-class and virtual sessions using global training assets. - Technical evangelism – creating white papers, blogs, and best practice guides. - Stakeholder engagement – collaborating with global and local teams to align training with business goals. - Content development – supporting webinars, product launches, and thought leadership campaigns. - Feedback and improvement – gathering insights from learners and contributing to product evolution. About You You’re a skilled communicator and technical expert who thrives on helping others grow. You bring a strong foundation in industrial automation and a passion for teaching cutting-edge technologies. You’ll also bring: - A degree in Industrial Automation, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - 5 years of experience in technical training, system architecture, or PLC programming. - Expertise in ICS, PLC/SCADA, DCS, edge computing, IIoT, and C# programming. - Familiarity with fieldbus protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus). - Proven success in delivering classroom, virtual, and one-on-one training. - Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - A collaborative mindset and high motivation to support others’ development. - Willingness to travel (30–50%) for training sessions.
