Salary Range: $83,803 – $103,152 per annum (pro rata)

About The Role
We are currently seeking experienced Registered Midwives to join a dynamic and supportive maternity team located in beautiful regional Victoria. This well-established regional health service provides high-quality, women-centred maternity care, with approximately 1,000 births annually.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a full spectrum of maternity services including:
* Antenatal and postnatal inpatient care
* Birth suite (including water birth facilities)
* Special care nursery
* Domiciliary and breastfeeding support services
* Midwifery Group Practice
* IVF and early pregnancy services
* Antenatal education programs
Midwives are supported to rotate across different areas, offering variety and career growth within a collaborative team environment.

Candidate Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
* Minimum 1 year post-graduate midwifery experience
* Strong clinical knowledge and a woman-centred approach to care
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
