**Your Empowering Contribution**
You will see yourself playing a vital role in increasing our brand recognition, recall and driving sales. Reporting directly to our Marketing and Strategy Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Create and execute a marketing plan that underpins the marketing strategy.
- Look for innovative ways to market Prices Plus on new platforms and in new ways.
- Support and guide stores on leveraging marketing activations in store to drive sales and engagement.
- Work closely with our in-house Graphic Designer to create and promote our suite of product brands.
- Be an integral part of the preparation and execution of a new website build and implementation of a marketing automation platform.
**Your Expertise and Potential**
To shine in this role, you'll need:
- A relevant Marketing, or related field, tertiary, or vocational qualification.
- Ability to analyse results and data and use insights to influence the marketing plan.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an aptitude for quickly adapting to new systems and a tech-savvy profile.
- Strong prioritisation skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- High attention to detail and ability to create of compelling and high-quality content, including blog posts, product descriptions, social media content, and internal communications.
- Proficiency in social media management (an advantage).
- Experience with marketing automation technology (an advantage).
- Experience in a basic design system such as Canva (ideal).
